Vertex offers a variety of customized training options that can be geared towards either loaner or rental programs.  Training will be centered around specific vision of respective loaner/rental fleet.  Our training will be offered in either individual "one on one" or classroom style group settings.  Here is a general list of training  topics offered:

Vision: Discussion/Game plan to understand ultimate goal of loaner/rental fleet and offer realistic expectations how running a successful loaner/rental fleet will help sell more new and used cars and also feed UCD with quality known inventory.

Units in Operation (UIO) Proforma/Fleet Planning: Give guidance/recommendations for potential fleet inventory UIO based off individual monthly total open Repair Order counts (ROs).  How to get started and implement a specific plan to your target customers.

Marketing Efforts: What is the vision for this department?  All internal customers?  How to brand?  What type of rental demand is there in my dealers market area?

 

Insurance/Risk Management: Keeping control of your expenses and fleet cost.  How to qualify renters and generate expectations from customers driving your vehicles to take proper care of your assets.  When the day comes to file claims for damaged vehicles, how to be sure you're prepared.

Profit Center/Rental Software: We have extensive training with loaner/rental industry preferred providers to help train on key performance indicator reports to identify and benchmark profit numbers that will be beneficial for long term fleet planning.

Used Car Factory: We can assist to establish a consistent process that will be feed your Used Car department with valuable inventory.
